Clubg was established in May 2004 as a program for government (State & Local) and has been expanded this year to include the not-for-profit and public sector associations) that have similiar attributes, needs and requirements.

Clubg is a program that provides the  flexible resources for government agencies & entities and not-for-profits to better manage conferences. The key to the program is that we not only understand the sectors we service but understand our clients needs, having successfully operated in conferencing for more than twenty years. We use our extensive knowledge and experience for you!

Program Benefits 

Clubg is an exclusive resource for conference organisers/facilitators within government agencies & entities and not-for-profits. To qualify, you need to be employed by a government agency; federal, state, local and SOE or not-for-profits. A uniform range of conference benefits are provided to you by the program, specifically designed for these sectors. In addition our partnership with Accor enables delegates and organisors/organisations to be eligible for LE CLUB reward points (conditions apply).

Clubg is generously supported by thirteen conference venues, invited by Clubg to participate in this unique partnership.  Our Accor Partnership provides  consistent delivery of benefits to our  clients.

A simple and cost effective way to manage your conference registrations! RegoDirect is a fully integrated online registration system with 24/7 access, no software required and fully supported by our personalised “helpline”.  The best news is your conference delegates can register anytime, anywhere! The system is mobile device compatible!

Conference Logistics

The program will provide the conference logistics to support your event  and enable you to focus on  content preparation and delivery. Our extensive experience and knowledge is here to supplement your available resources to make your task easier. You can count on Clubg to provide a hassle-free, seamless event.


Clubg is a co-operative partnership between VMS Event & Conference Logistics and selected venues to:

Select conference venues suitable to your needs and taking into acount a range of criteria; size, location, breakouts, pricing, accommodation etc…

Enable a simple process that recognises the unique attributes of the sectors; providing same day quotations, in a format to assist the approval processes.

Provide additional resources & tools to assist the running of the conference; online conference website & registration system, virtual secretariat, on-site registration/help desk and venue co-ordination.

RegoDirect, the cloud based online registration system and conference website to be displayed at the PCO Conference & Exhibition in Melbourne 28 - 29 November 2013.


 Q Station hosted a famil on Friday 22 November 2013. While a little wet we had the opportunity to also be shown the Sebel Manly. Certainly both are very different but unique venues for small to medium size conferences requiring multiple breakouts. Our thanks to both venues for their hospitality.


Clubg venues and VMS get together to discuss taking the program forward in 2014. The program will celebrate 10 years in 2014. Watch this space!
